Poem was made for the exhibition Book at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Playing on both magnetic poetry and found poetry, the words for Poem were taken from lines of verse found in the book The House at Pooh Corner.

For Poem, each word was isolated, printed on a car magnet and then installed in the gallery. Viewers were invited to remove the magnets, with the intention of placing them on their cars. This allows the words to travel, where new compositions are generated from preexisting poems.
